It Started With One Girl—and a Bigger Vision

Glow Tween began with something simple: watching Kaylea grow into the girl she was becoming.

From an early age, Kaylea was energetic, creative, kind, and naturally willing to lead. Whether she was competing in gymnastics, participating at school, spending time with friends, or dreaming up her next big idea, she carried a confidence that allowed her to show up as herself.

But as I watched her grow, I also noticed something else.

Not every girl felt that same freedom.

Some girls were hesitant to speak up. Some questioned whether their ideas were good enough. Others were still discovering what made them special.

And I kept coming back to one question:
What if we could create a place that helped more girls discover their own glow?

That question became Glow Tween.

More Than Something in a Box

From the beginning, I knew Glow Tween needed to be more than products arriving at the door.

I wanted to create an experience girls could belong to.

A community where confidence is encouraged, creativity is celebrated, kindness matters, and leadership isn’t defined by being the loudest person in the room.

That is why every Glow Tween experience is intentionally built around four values:

Confidence. Creativity. Kindness. Leadership.

And every monthly Collection brings those values to life in a way that feels exciting, relevant, and fun for girls ages 7–12.

Kaylea remains at the heart of Glow Tween.

She helps inspire Collection themes, selects Kaylea’s Pick, shares messages with members, and reminds us of something incredibly important:

There isn’t just one way to glow.

One girl may glow on the gymnastics floor. Another may glow while drawing, reading, helping a friend, solving a problem, creating something new, or finally finding the courage to raise her hand.

Glow Tween exists to help her recognize it.

A Membership Built Around Belonging

Glow Tween brings girls together through thoughtfully curated monthly Collections, Glow Guides, confidence-building challenges, creative experiences, special member opportunities, and meaningful moments families can share together.

But the Collection is only part of the story.

The real experience is what happens afterward—the conversation she starts, the challenge she tries, the idea she creates, the kindness she shows, and the little moments when she begins believing:

“I can do this.”

That’s the glow we’re building.

A Note From Kaylea’s Mom

As a mom, I know how quickly these years pass.

The girl figuring out who she is today is becoming the young woman who will walk into classrooms, friendships, teams, communities, and eventually the world with her own voice.

Glow Tween was created to make these years count.

Not by telling girls who they should become, but by giving them more opportunities to discover the confidence, creativity, kindness, and leadership already growing inside them.

Every girl has something that makes her glow.

Our job is to help her see it.
