The Glow Tween Membership – How Membership Works

Parent-Friendly Membership Rules · Effective for launch planning beginning August 2026 · Target launch: January 2027

1. Who Glow Tween Is For

Glow Tween is designed primarily for girls in the tween years, approximately ages 7–12. A parent or legal guardian must create or manage the membership account, authorize purchases, and provide any required permissions for a member under 18.

2. Limited Founding Membership

Our Founding Membership will welcome 100 Glow Girls. Keeping membership limited helps us protect the quality of the experience, the care behind each Collection, and the sense of belonging that makes Glow Tween special.

The initial 100 memberships are offered on a first-come, first-served basis through the approved enrollment or reservation process. Once all memberships are filled, families may join the Glow Tween Waitlist.

Good to know: Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a membership or a specific admission date.

3. What Happens After We Reach 100 Members

When Glow Tween is at capacity, direct enrollment closes. As memberships become available — or if Glow Tween intentionally expands capacity — families on the waitlist may be invited to join.

Membership capacity may change over time, but expansion will be intentional. Our goal is to grow only when we can continue delivering the quality, safety, service, and member experience families expect from Glow Tween.

4. What Membership Includes

• The monthly Glow Tween Collection under your active membership plan.
• Signature Glow Tween items and thoughtfully curated products from outside brands.
• Glow Guides, confidence-building activities, challenges, and digital resources.
• Member-only surprises, programs, experiences, and opportunities when offered.
• Priority or early access to select Glow Tween products, events, or collaborations when available.

Benefits may evolve as Glow Tween develops, and some special experiences may have separate registration, availability, or pricing.

5. Every Collection Is Different

Glow Tween is designed around discovery. Each monthly Collection may feature a different theme, color palette, packaging design, product mix, and selection of partner brands.

Photos on our website or social media may show previous Collections, prototypes, styled examples, or promotional concepts. Unless we specifically say otherwise, those images should not be treated as a guarantee of the exact products, packaging, colors, or appearance of a future Collection.

What stays consistent: the Glow Tween standard of thoughtful curation, confidence-building purpose, age-appropriate fun, and a premium member experience.

6. Membership Belongs to the Registered Glow Girl

Each membership is connected to the registered member on the account and is generally not transferable. If your family needs to make a change, please contact Glow Tween so we can review the request.

7. Parent and Guardian Responsibility

Parents and guardians remain responsible for deciding whether individual products, activities, or experiences are appropriate for their child. Please review product labels, ingredients, allergy information, age recommendations, instructions, and manufacturer guidance before use. Glow Tween does not replace parental supervision.

8. Kindness and Community Standards

Glow Tween is built around confidence, kindness, creativity, respect, and belonging. Members and families participating in Glow Tween events, activities, or community spaces are expected to treat other members, families, Glow Tween team members, partners, and guests respectfully.

Bullying, harassment, threatening behavior, discriminatory conduct, deliberate misuse of Glow Tween spaces, or behavior that creates a safety concern may result in restricted participation, suspension, or termination of membership. Whenever appropriate, concerns involving a child will be addressed privately with the parent or guardian.

9. Kaylea, Privacy, and Safe Communication

Kaylea is a founding voice and face of Glow Tween, but membership does not provide private or personal access to her. Members should not attempt to contact Kaylea through personal accounts, private addresses, school information, or other non-approved channels.

Any official member interaction involving Kaylea will take place through Glow Tween-approved, guardian-supervised channels. We apply the same principle to the privacy and safety of all child members.

10. Photos, Stories, and Member Features

From time to time, Glow Tween may invite members to participate in photos, videos, testimonials, contests, social features, events, or member spotlights. Participation is optional unless a specific activity clearly requires it.

When parent or guardian permission is required, we will request it before using a child’s identifiable name, image, voice, likeness, or story. Declining a public feature will not affect a girl’s ordinary membership standing.

11. Billing and Membership Standing

Billing, renewal dates, and payment terms are based on the membership plan selected at enrollment. Parents and guardians are responsible for keeping payment and shipping information current.

If a payment cannot be processed, Glow Tween may attempt to contact the account holder and retry the payment before membership or fulfillment is affected. Payment issues are handled with the parent or guardian — never with the child.

12. Cancellation and Returning Later

Parents or guardians may cancel according to the cancellation terms associated with their plan. Cancellation stops future membership benefits and Collection fulfillment according to the applicable cutoff and billing period.

Because Glow Tween membership is limited, a cancelled membership seat may be offered to another family. If you decide to return later and Glow Tween is at capacity, you may need to join the waitlist again. A previous membership does not guarantee immediate re-entry.

Collections already processed, shipped, or otherwise non-refundable remain subject to our separate shipping, return, replacement, and cancellation policies.

13. When Glow Tween May End a Membership

Glow Tween may suspend or end a membership when reasonably necessary because of fraudulent activity, repeated payment problems, serious or repeated violations of community standards, misuse of Glow Tween platforms or benefits, safety concerns, or other material violations of our policies or terms.

Our goal is always to handle concerns thoughtfully, privately, and appropriately — especially when a child is involved.
